Sharon Davis is Strategic Staffing Associates' Director of Legal
Staffing. In her capacity as director, Sharon is responsible for
operations management, business development, recruitment and placement
of candidates, and management of litigation projects of all sizes
and complexities.
An honors graduate of Denver Paralegal Institute and former litigation
paralegal, Sharon is a specialist at building litigation and due
diligence project teams. She has provided quality personnel to Denver's
legal community since 1989, and established the Denver offices of
a national legal staffing company, serving as its Vice President
and General Manager for over 6 years.
Sharon currently serves on the advisory board for the Arapahoe Community
College Paralegal program, where she is also adjunct professor of
Employment Law. She is a founding member of the Denver chapter of
LAMA (Legal Assistant Management Association), and volunteers for
the Colorado Lawyers Committee Hate Violence Task Force. A voting
member since 1988, Sharon currently serves on the Rocky Mountain
Paralegal Association Pro Bono committee. An associate member of
the ABA Law Practice Management Section and ABA Women Rainmakers,
Sharon has been a featured speaker on law practice management topics
at the CBA, CTLA and Tuesdays At The Bar. She has published articles
on the paralegal profession in The Colorado Lawyer and the RMPA
OverView.

Lynn received her Paralegal Certificate from Denver’s DPI and has been both a litigation paralegal and senior litigation manager for over 18 years. The majority of her experience is in commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation, specializing in large, document intensive cases. She has been a litigation project manager for MCI in Washington, D.C. and was also Deputy Director of the Legal Information Management Systems Civil Division at Aspen Systems Corporation in Washington, D.C. She is currently a Client Services Manager at Strategic Staffing Associates, provider of legal personnel in the Denver area.
